Kristen founded Sweet Living in 2013 with the mission to revolutionize the way residential real estate is done in Seattle. After 8 years working at Sub Pop Records and being a part of the robust music community, she hung up her flannel in pursuit of a real estate license. Kristen began her career in 2004 with Keller Williams Realty in West Seattle - only the second Keller Williams office in the Seattle area at that time. Kristen's clients became her raving fans after they experienced her expert advocacy, energetic commitment to helping them find the homes of their dreams, and diligence in creatively marketing unique properties to get them sold.

In early 2013 Sweet Living was born.⁠⁠

Sweet Living is a boutique team of real estate agents with expertise in the Seattle Metropolitan Real Estate market. Dedicated to client service, Sweet Living has consistently been one of the highest producing teams in their Keller Williams office which has expanded to include market centers in Downtown Seattle, Tacoma, Bothell, Everett and Kirkland. Kristen loves to work with her talented team and clients.⁠⁠
